Apartments are placed in center of Budva, place called Gospoština. Structure is made from high-quality materials, oriented towards the sea and has a gross area of 4000m2.

Building construction has began in October 2016. and finished in Jun 2017. Main challenges about this project was very ambitious dead line as well as in the part of the fundraising works carried out in the campaigns due to the proximity of neighboring facilities.
